Role: The Project Manager/Project Engineer will be dedicated to individual projects and will be responsible for developing and updating construction schedules, managing budgets, and delegating tasks to both in-house employees and subcontractors. This role involves overseeing quality control and managing all aspects of subcontractor performance. The Project Manager/Project Engineer will also streamline payment processes to ensure timely certification to the client and manage staffing needs, including recruiting and training new team members on project management software. A key part of the role is initiating and tracking RFIs, change orders, time extensions, subcontractor approval packages, and special inspections. This position requires seamless communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive project success throughout the project’s lifecycle. Requirements: 60 months of experience as a Construction Field Project Manager or Construction Field Engineer. Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Skills in AutoCAD; Revit; Primavera P6;eBuilder; Microsoft Office Suite. If Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering, must have mechanical field experience. If Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, must have structural field experience. License/Certification in OSHA 30; NYC DOB SST 62 hours.

Rate of Pay: $165,485.00 per year.
